Frat curls for hypertrophy!
Thought I would introduce myself. I stumbled upon this community while searching out interests in line with my favorite hormone(like you need a hint). My current goals are to slap on enough lbm to up my metabolism and cut down on the excess adipose I got. I guess you can say I finally bought into Professor X's idea of mass before cutting, even though I usually argue with him about it.
Currently I'm 235 somewhere in the high teens in bf% and following CT's renaissance training. Up till now I've been using strictly CW programs except for the first one I used was WSSB. Started lifting again last Septemeber after a long hiatus and have increase my main lifts by about 68% since starting up again. Not bad, considering. My current goals are mid-low teens bf%, bench of 250 and squat of 300+. I just passed my goals of Squat 250+ and Bench of 225(which I blew right past when I finally tested it) all one-rep max's.
I look forward to this community. Current Mood: motivated

New GROW! Bars
Just got a case of the grow bars the other day, and they are freaking great. The taste is pretty good, about what you'd expect from a protein bar, and the texture is a bit better than most, closer to a dense chocolate brownie than soft plastic like other bars. Any body else tried these?

Haven't seen any activity in here for awhile...
What do ya'll think about the new layout? Personally, I kindof miss the old days of T-mag. The community was alot smaller, it was easier to keep track of people. Most of the older members have left now, and gone over to another site that I won't mention. However, I'm a big fan of the T-jack forum. Anybody seen the news-stand edition of T-mag?

im new to this community and i thought i'd introduce myself.
i want to gain muscle and strength as well as lose some weight especially in my lower body.
i want to take up boxing and rock climbing.. but haven't actually tried them yet.
i'm 5' 1 1/2 ", about 112 pounds. i want to be about 105 pds.. but will be okay if i am more due to muscle.
i try to do a whole body excercise thing with weights 2 x per week.
and some walking to school and stuff.
but i'm not sure how much time i have available and what will get me to my goals.
i would love to be strong and big.. so i dunno

wow, just happened to be looking for other people interested in t-mag, and stumbled across this. I've been reading Testosterone.net since 2001, and i've seen it change alot. It's good to see that the number of people reading it has expanded, hopefully more people will stumble across this, and learn that SQUAT RACKS ARE NOT FOR CURLING!
